What if my product arrives frozen?

Q. What if my product arrives frozen?
A. The freezing of our products do not affect the quality in any way. In order to provide you with healthy natural products, NatureRich does not use any anti-freezing agents. As a result, our products may freeze when exposed to cold temperatures for a prolonged period of time. If you receive product that is frozen when it is delivered, please do not open the bottle or gallon jug. Allow the product to thaw completely at room temperature. Please DO NOT MICROWAVE.

Q. What if crystals form in the Deodorant Mist and the spray nozzle gets clogged?
A. Cold temperatures may cause crystals to form in the Deodorant Mist, which also does not affect the quality of the product. However, these crystals may cause the spray nozzle to be clogged. Therefore to dislodge any mineral salts in the spray nozzle, simply remove the pump with tube attached and rinse the nozzle piece under hot water. It is also normal for crystal particles to form at the bottom of the Deodorant Mist bottle due to the cold temperatures, which also does not affect the quality of the product.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order by ground shipment?
A. It will take around one to eight business days once it has shipped from NatureRich. In order to provide you with the freshest product available, your order may take up to 5 business days to ship from NatureRich. However, we will strive to maintain our amazing 5-year track record of over 99% of the orders shipped the same day when ordered by noon (Central Time)!
